Issue isn't what they have or don't have, issue is without a PR it doesn't matter and just won't help the PPS move up.

They can have 100 million bitcoins but no PR stating it means NOTHING.

Company B may have squat but if they PR they are all of a sudden in the MJ BUSINESS their PPS goes from .0001 to .006 in a day!
