AND THOSE 154MILLION common SHARES that Ludvik holdings owns?

and the 200 million common shares owned by two insiders, who by the way who have not sold a single share yet...

Will they want their shares reverse split? If so I bet they wont let their shares be screwed by an improper valuation.
