I dont understand why anyone is scared of the vote. They are only doing it so they can grow faster. They only authorizing the additional shares to make acquistions so they dont have to shell out cash. They aren't just going to issue all the stock tomorrow and dilute everyone's shares. We all want Growlife to grow right? Thats what they are doing!
