I think ajh we are going to experience a turnaround. As sky stated in his post scheer could be holding all postive news post RS. And i beleive cerp should trade in higher pps not in subpenny zone. Remmeber the RS goes in effect on feb 22. Thats 16 days away and stock can run very nicely on good news before feb 22. Rememebr the default news can run this stock upwards in a very good movememnt. Also if you rmemeber scheer will release company developmemts next week. Be ready for the run. And than RS and pps much higher than he will announce major contracts with dorel and mamacangura. Big buyers meaning real shareholders will come in than. In pennyland its pump and dump. But not anymore with cerp.
