Not without ARTR making up something (BS) and paying a promotor to get the word out..(They need cash to do so) or simply buy the promotion with giving away mass shares..Either-way that is the only way up for them...Unless they can show factual/documented growth (in terms of financials) there is simply nothing here but more merry go-round of hype....
