No it doesn't. Never seen it happen before on a scale like this. And it's not just a few stocks, it's all the MJ stocks. I checked every one on the list and all of them are showing hundreds of AH out of sequence trades. And they're all buys. A major transfer of shares is happening. Who to who is the question.

Edit: No other non-MJ otc stocks are experiencing action like this that I could find.

Trading/investing without chart analysis is like bringing a knife to a gunfight.
