You bought a medical device company that was essentially a shell because the device was unmarketable. Rochon bought the company to have a publicly-traded entity and quickly acquired his daughter's magazine, published in Scranton, PA, for a decent amount of shares (even though profits from the publishing were minimal). CVSL abandoned the medical device (guide wire) that was the reason for CVSL's existence in the first place.

Is that a fair explanation of what happended?
