Wow. Pitiful day here following landmark news. The MM's destroyed the momentum today after the daytraders starting bidwhacking heavily in the mid 4's. At some point in the afternoon, it became obvious where the MM's were going to close this stock today. Sad day. Shame on your, crooked MM's.

And I don't need to hear the ol' argument "the charts needed to re-set". When you have news of this magnitude, the charts do not need to be re-set. You can throw charts out the window. Today had nothing to do with charts or technicals at all. It had everything to do with blatant manipulation.
