It is a waiting and watching game as are all production type businesses. Backing start up costs. Getting product going, Pre-testing, intraproduction testing, controls, and finally realizing production...of course. PEII is ebbing its way through these steps and more. PEII is not however, a charity. Ark was suggesting people spend more money. Numbers and data support much more of Naz' concerns than simply saying buy, buy, buy, spend, spend, spend.
