its not, but welcome to the wild west of trading, da otc

if you got shares lockum up with a sell order at a reasonalble level like .5 or $1, anythin over $100,000 has to goto broker than of they want to borrow them.

problem with this stock is 2,000,000 shares and i do not know the float. The MM's are scrambling to cover right now.
