Had some impressive 13g filings with big names buying in. stock is waaaaaaaay too undervalued in my opinion.


As for REITS, higher interest rates, IR started around 3% in 2014, they are around 2.7%, max I see this going to is 3.25%-3.50% max which is historically low for years to come. if you own reits that pay divs of 5%+, with good growth, you will be fine in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
