Looks like they are saying everything they can to keep the price down so they can load up. Everything that has been said about dilution is all a bunch of crap. This stock moved up so quick yesterday on only 1 million shares. Today went up 47% in the first 5 minutes on 49,000 shares. ANY buying pressure on the ask and this goes up fast. Happened yesterday, happened this morning.
They own a real company that has revenue of $500,000 that is a fact as we seen in the PR today. So that means they are doing things to bring in money. Far from a scam if you ask me.
