are we sure that is final filing?

I would assume we are close because of the 8k but this is all unchartered waters ....

The SEC is doing filings so we know the company is doing everything they can to get this done.....

Just a matter of when.......certainly is taxing on everyone that is sure......but like most things in life they will come when u least expect it........
