Common stock, par value $0.001; authorized 2,000,000,000 shares; issued and outstanding 59,594,996 and 48,707,103 shares, respectively


Now the question is Will NTRI be like all other penny stocks
and start diluting its OS by issuing more AS.

With only 61 million OS (as of now according to Yahoo). I would say it is safe to bet that they will dilute. The only question is at What Price??
