Johnson, I'm new here. What are the potential risks that would cause this apparent "sure thing" to fail?
Honestly I'm not sure yet...now that I've already taken a profit, I'm trying to just let it ride. I won't be selling before the 8-k, and that will tell us all what the real value is here. But I'm definitely expecting a 0.01 minimum. If you haven't taken an ounce of profit I'd highly recommend doing so near the end of day or tomorrow before that 8-k comes out. Sorry, but its just a smart move to protect yourself. You only miss out on profit that you don't sell for. IMO I'M NOT ADVOCATING TO SELL ALL YOUR SHARES. Just a percentage, maybe get out your original investment...always nice to play with house money :)
