I dont understand that strategy?

Youre keeping funds allocated to buy something that might never happen? If you believe in the stock, why wouldnt you want that money working for you? And all that over a measly 15% gain over what you would have made if you just bought in the low .80s.

Or...put it into something that will make you money while you wait for IGXT to move...
