Sounds like they made a great buy with this company. I don't care what anyone says on this board about no money Jazz Candles just confirmed they were bought out in a cash deal. That is all that matters. This company did not sell for cheap if they did $500,000 in sales and have no debt on the company. So all the stuff about PBHG being posted and them not having anything is not true.
