I have confirmation from three different sources that McHenry is out in terms of calling the shots. He will remain as CEO however he has turned over thru a contract control in terms of decision making. It makes sense based on his no longer communicating and also makes sense in terms of his inability to get things done.

I was never supportive of him even if he is a RIT grad. Personally I think he's smart but incompetent as a business leader.

I also confirmed that the person calling the shots is someone we will know when it's announced. It appears the new guy is from a current Fortune 500 co. Most likely from one of the new partners in this conglomerate
