Maybe they have not completed the offering? that's why the high volume days as of late? Not sure. Have not been tracking too much, Matt24D would know.

I do recall back in late 2012 they Double the number of shares from like 45M to almost 100M if my memory doesn't not fail me; that's why I did not go long on it; jus played the TRIGGERS Runs..
