If Perry comes up with something like mechanical problems as an excuse for this delay, it will be completely unacceptable to me.

They have had 2-3 years to test run the equipment and tune it up. Not that expensive to do since no delay would be created. A TOTAL LACK of good planning will be my conclusion, and will be just cause for me to sell.
