How many days does it usually take the NV SOS to post amendments to share structure?

The Action will be effective twenty (20) days from the mailing of the Information Statement, which is expected to take place on February 3, 2014, and such Action will result in the following:

1) The Articles of Incorporation will be amended to increase the Company’s authorized shares of common stock from 2,000,000,000 to 6,000,000,000 shares. The common shares will have a par value of $.00001 per share.
