To clear it up the current float is 4,422,450 shares, the recent filing will be corrected shortly. The previous TA made an error.



And I doubt he is diluting because he owns 100M shares! Increasing the outstanding shares would be a hard smack to his own personal wealth!!! Plus in a shareholder letter back in November, he explains how he is going to run his new company with shareholder value being the most important aspect! He is the only one running the show behind SOCR... He is going to make a lot of people rich I promise you that!
In an email I sent him recently, he said he is not selling his shares and is not increasing the outstanding shares. He has yet to lie to me since August and I have communicated with him a lot since... It's going to be a big year for SOCR :)
