Well, HOW can people be shorting it, IF there is no viable way for them to do so? The $2/ share for every share short means if someone wanted to even short 50,000 shares, rather small, they would need $100,000 in reserve w the broker, could they even find one willing to allow it. Seems hardly worth the risk to short a pidly 50k shares all to tie up that money, plenty of other ways to make $ w $100k, that are relatively devoid of trading risk as compared to an OTC. Those are facts, that I know to a certainty. You are free to call your broker or any other. I know a couple that will allow it, but begrudgingly so, and only w a strict margin requirement afore mentioned.

Price is determined through buys and sells, not mystery unseen boogie men.
