Filing 144 for insider stock sales - FITX

Please note that given the equity structure of FITX and the sale of 25% interest to OIG of which PHOT holds 45% you would have to expect some insider selling on the part of FITX. FITX shareholders are selling part of their holdings to bring PHOT in as a partner.

Repeat - the 144 filing of FITX CEO Bill is not selling shares on the open market to take profit. Most likely tied to the 25% sale of FITX to OIG.

Holding PHOT long since .032; holding FITX long now as well. My plan is to continue to add to my core stock positions as cash flow permits.

Holding long term; no stock loss in place to avoid shares being sold out from under me; I expect volatility. I expect great gains in the 1,000's of percent on both holdings. GLTA
