I noticed he didn't comment about production of enough FluCide to start tox testing as something out of NNVC's control going forward. I would certainly think that *is* within NNVC's control - although maybe not ??? (parts delayed, not enough talented people, not enough money???).

I thought I saw an e-mail from Seymour to someone last week or so saying tox has not yet started. Does this last e-mail posted today mean that there is absolutely nothing going forward in NNVC's control time-wise, and therefore assuming FluCide production scale-up is within their control, that they made enough and tox has now started?

Ahh, the guessing games we have to play. Some good questions I would love to have answered regarding FluCide production and tox testing:
(1) how much FluCide is needed to start tox?
(2) how much FluCide is currently available?
(3) what is the current production rate? (and from #s 1, 2, and 3, one can calculate time to having enough material to start tox)
(4) how is the scale-up going? / have you successfully increased your production rate with larger batch production?
(5) if scale-up / increase in production rate is not happening, what are the issues holding it back and what is the plan for resolving these issues?
