I just spoke to E-trade for the first time. I didn't really hear anything new that I didn't get from the board here. The rep. said the following: " The agent will send the converted shares within 4-5 weeks." When I asked why other brokerages had already received shares, his reply was, "Hmmm, that's interesting. You'd think they would send them all out at the same time."
Back to waiting.. or should I say "wading?".....
