Question about Level II Time and Sale

I'm watching the Level II Time and Sales ticker, and am trying to make sense of it. I see numbers that are coming up in red, green, and then no color. Are the red numbers those shares that have been sold and green those that are purchased, if so, then what are the plain colored numbers?

Or do the red numbers mean they were sold at the bid and the green mean they were sold at the ask? or am I way off on both assessments?
