Huge news pending after years of dilution. (PPHM is diluted by 100M shares more than the average in their sector.) Then, huge volume without any PR. Remember what the new (VIRS) CEO said, “Well, the long term shareholder will loose a little, but this is a good deal for all others”. Especially the insiders, management, and the BP.

Anyway, I am ready for whatever happens. I have averaged way down over the years. Thus, PPHM is my second largest holding. Even Mother Chantilly has a position.

Besides, I know you will keep me informed; you always have. Sorry, either IHub or I deleted your earlier priv message. Thank you. I will email you tomorrow.

February will be a defining month for us who have hung in there for all these years.
