Opening Statement
Plastics changed the industrial world during the 1960s and 1970s affecting everything that we touch
today. The new paradigm is carbon fiber. It will change all the industries, especially the automobile
industry, permanently. The manufacturing technology has been developed to make it finally
inexpensive to mass produce carbon fiber components by increasing productivity by a factor of 10!
2050 Motors is searching for the right partner to open up this new manufacturing technology to the
automobile industry and perhaps expanding it across other industries.
Introduction
1) The carbon fiber composite material is
five
times stronger than steel,
twice as stiff
and one third
the
weight. Carbon fiber technology is currently predominantly used in the aerospace, marine &
defense industries. High end automotive racing teams such as Formula One use carbon fiber
technology to save weight and provide exceptional strength and protection for their drivers. Boeing
has designed its new Dreamliner 787 with extensive use of carbon fiber throughout its airframe and
wing structures. Carbon fiber technology is now working its way through different manufacturing
industries and into everyday products used by people all over the world.
2) The automobile industry needs to improve the miles per gallon ratio. Lightweight cars composed
of carbon fiber composites for the body and frame is clearly the future for the industry.
3) Up to now, only the most expensive cars in the world (i.e., Ferrari, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porche,
etc.) use composite carbon fibers.
4) Dongfeng Motor (DFM) Corp. is one of the largest truck and automobile manufacturers in China.
Its subsidiary, Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co. (Aoxin), along with an Italian carbon fiber
manufacturing company, have proven a further dramatic cost reduction of carbon fiber parts
manufactured for automobiles. Dongfeng Motor, through Aoxin, is a powerful partner for 2050
Motors. DFM produced 3.2 million vehicles for China and export markets in 2012. Their
manufacturing partners include Peugeot, Honda, Kia, Nissan, Volvo, and Cummings to mention a
few.
5) The e-Go electric vehicle (EV) will be the first mass produced all-composite-carbon-fiber vehicle
in the world at very competitive prices.
6) 2050 Motors has the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and sell the e-Go EV in the United
States.

Executive Summary
The challenge now for 2050 Motors is to create, build and market a completely new automobile to
the sophisticated U.S. automobile market. Major companies spend hundreds of millions if not
billions on new concept cars and bringing them to market. How can a relatively small company like
2050 Motors, with very limited resources, bring a game changing vehicle to the U.S. market?
Simple, possess the only signed, exclusive rights agreement to market, manufacture and sell the EV
car in the U.S. market. 2050 Motors has this exclusive right for the e-Go EV and possesses the
technical knowledge, skill and track record to accomplish this integration of the e-Go EV into the
U.S. market place.
Key Points for 2050 Motors & the e-Go
EV:
1) All the significant research and
financing to create the e-Go has
already been expended by other
companies including Dongfeng
Motor (the largest manufacturer
of trucks in China and second
largest manufacturer of
automobiles in China). The many
years of research of all the
technologies incorporated into
the e-Go were paid for and
accomplished by other
companies. HP Composites, for
example, which is a well-known
carbon fiber composite design and manufacturing company in Italy that has previously
designed high-end composite cars (Ferrari, Bugatti, etc.) is a major participant in the e-Go
development and design.
2) The e-Go automobile will be in
production for sale in China and the
European Union by the end of 2013.
The car already exists and is planned
to go into limited production by Fall
2013. Demonstration models will be
available to 2050 Motors for US
showcasing by summer 2013.
