I love the pumpers and the downers. Every penny board is the same.
With pennies you are lucky if 1 in 1000 are real companies at all. This one looks like it is, that may be the difference going forward.
That being said, if they start printing shares in record numbers get the heck out. This is a crime that no one ever gets punished for.
