Lets get things straight, MM is being investigated by the SEC and revenue in Canada.

MM owns the majority of the company and has it hidden in offshore accounts that are being investigated at the moment. He is being sued for the patent he has with UBC by a guy out of the UK..

MM has never completed anything and has ripped shareholders off in every company he has ever been in...

Now we have svlt led by a guy with no experience in this field and we have lost the 2 greatest assets the company has in the form of Shubert and Crawford.. Rumour is that lawsuit coming here as well.

Next move is a flurry of useless PR's to try and pump the stock . A lot of prs about universities linking in!!! No substance and the bottom line is that no credible money will touch this company as MM is the puppet master.

It will limp along and disappear like all the rest of MMs companies. Sad for shareholders as I think it had a chance with Crawford and Shubert but zero chance with MM as man at the helm..
