It would be best to stop the PPHM crap.

- We are not and have NOT been halted. Nasdaq must MANDATORY advertise a list of all halted stocks and keep HISTORY!
Trade Halts + history left top menu

- You cannot deactivate a poison pill. It is triggered on BoD/MANAGEMENTS discretion once certain conditions are satisfied.

- I posted this morning BEFORE the market that the chance existed the MM would have to take us briefly to 1.66$ (see my reply to Krakonos). It is because of YESTERDAYS close volume. It takes longer because there seems to be NO LIQUIDITY AT ALL today. All trades you see are parties against the MM in 95%, no real sellers involved. SO this MUST come back today or the coming days if some want to play poker with the MM (which you ALWAYS loose).

- I don't know where that PPHM option story comes from BUT:
--> DAILY volume is NOT the same as open interest
--> the daily volume can have 4 type of transactions (vs 2 for shares)
1) Buy
2) Buy to close
3) Sell
4) Sell to Close
hence they may cancel each other completely or partially out so that a LARGE daily volume must not necessarily mean a big change in open interest. Here the difference was 88.

So ONLY the day AFTER you can see the change.

Finally I think we'll linger in the sub-1.70$ for at least another 1 to 1.5milj shares if we don't move at kick time (10:30 AM).

PS: Before 10:30AM the market is made by the retailers and the play-traders. At 10:30AM when broker pools and delayed hand-entered and phone orders are all processed, the pro's trade and they decide how we close.

Notice we are brought down by the players and the pro's close us up each time! That is all we need to know because it means they are the buyers of what we call the hard volume. The shares that go to II's, funds, large investment portfolio's, manage portfolio's, etc.
