$SEEK making the right moves FOR SHAREHOLDERS!

Why are there so many impatient shareholders here right now? If you are an impatient shareholder right now you have probably never held on to a company that is truly growing and NOT JUST A HYPE or pump & dump!

What has been going on with SEEK?
I am going to start with last October. This is where I believe that the company has turned around and FINALLY can implement their Build, Buy or Partner Strategy! Keep in mind this is my own little summary and there is a lot more to this stock than what I present.

TheDirectory.com Closes Acquisition; Secures $5,000,000 Financing Facility

"I'm very pleased to announce today's news to our stockholders, we've added tremendous value to our Company. Both the acquisition and the financing agreements that closed yesterday are game changing events for us. The asset purchase places TheDirectory.com on track to generate full year revenues in the range of $4.5 to $6 Million for 2014 with net income in the range of $1.4 to $2 Million."

Did $SEEK do it? Yep.

TheDirectory.com Hires New VP of Sales (November 27, 2013 08:15 ET)
...

Mr. Dan Cimba to become its new Vice President of Sales effective January 1st

...

"We're very pleased that Dan has accepted the position of VP of Sales for TheDirectory.com. Dan brings over 10 years of experience in developing relationships, driving sales strategies and revenue growth. He has a very successful track record and will be an invaluable asset as we seek to disrupt the local search space."

If you haven't already. Do a little research on Dan Cimba. He has a great resume! How has Dan been doing? If you were on the conference call (CC) in late January, you would already know that he already has contracts lined up and has already completed at least one.

TheDirectory.com Reports Fifth Consecutive Year of Revenue Growth; Company Posts Record 2013 Sales and Profits
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/thedirectorycom-reports-fifth-consecutive-year-revenue-growth-company-posts-record-2013-pinksheets-seek-1864366.htm

During the Year ended November 30, 2013, TheDirectory.com, Inc. generated total sales of $780,163 versus prior year sales of $506,026 resulting in year over year top-line growth rate of 54%. During 2013 the Company posted net income of $109,153 versus 2012 profits of $6,776 for a gain of over 1,600%. The Company will file its audited results in the form 10 to become fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission in January.

Gallagher continued, "In January we'll become an SEC exchange act reporting Company and will have completed 3 years of audited financials in just the 3-months time. The Company, our auditors and lawyers are actively working on the form 10. We'll file the document with the SEC on January 23rd, a full five weeks before the filing deadline for fully reporting Companies.

Did Scott Gallagher delivery? On the 23rd, no, but because of SEC reviews he was delayed until the 27th (very acceptable).

On the Company's mid quarter update conference call yesterday the Company released both Q1 and full year revenue and profit projections. The Company is projecting 2014 Q1 revenue in the range of $800,000 to $900,000 with Q1 net income in the range of $200,000 to $300,000. For the full year the Company is projecting revenue of between $4.5 and $6 Million with net income in the $1.1 to $1.6 Million range.
Additionally the Company plans to file its form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, January 27th to become a fully reporting Company and up-list to the OTCQB.

So what next?

Our up-listing to the OTCQB will be completed when we either, clear comments with the SEC, or file our first quarter results on SEC form 10Q in mid-March.
