I think this is what will happen: The stock will be allowed to run to .0001, 16 billion shares will be issued, and a reverse split of 1000 for 1 will occur, resulting in a share total of 16 million and a price of $1.00

Maybe then financials will be released. But the evidence of most reverse splits is very poor as they usually represent last ditch, frantic efforts to keep a "stinky pinky" alive.

The probable result is that all current shareholders are doomed.
