Conversion to chapter 11->7?

What is to be interpreted from this?
(besides the obvious)


CHAPTER 11
ORDER EXPANDING CRO AUTHORITY
James Latimer’s role as Chief Restructuring Office
r is expanded by the following
sentence. Mr. Latimer is authorized to (i) propose
a plan and to supervise the drafting of a
disclosure statement on behalf of the debtor-in-pos
session; and (ii) direct counsel to file a motion
to convert this case to a case under chapter 7.


The CRO is going to put forward his request for a chapter 7 liquidation. Commons wait at the bottom for what if anything is left?
