You are correct. All states that have passed hemp growing laws are waiting for the federal government. Anyone growing in these states like Colorado are technically violating federal and state law. Too bad the farm bill didn't go farther. It really fell short IMO. First step should be declassification of hemp. It really is a no brainer. But when have politicians been known to have brains.
