I just say the facts but they do not mean anything here because market is hot, CBI* is up every day but CEO is dumping shares every day http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/cbis/insider-trades and after hour big sales, still its going up.
At least they sold it after hour not killing the price so we can dream nice tonight.
