I'm going to have to say the SEC and NASDAQ are affecting this more than we think. Most of us long timers here know the story and are generally comfortable with the risk.

Problem is, new investors trying to learn the story here are going to see SEC and its a hard-stop. Done. They won't care about Costco, Arnold, Fitmiss, Revenue Growth, Walgreens, Dicks, Fuse Science, Biozone, Stock Buyback. They WILL NOT Care. Next Stinky Pinky, please.

What kind of new blood, in their right mind, will invest in this with an active SEC investigation?
