Well , its definitely intentional and for some mysterious reason.. If it were a straight ATM he would have started by now.
If he were waiting to thin the heard he would slowly pick up shares.. If he's legit and planning on moving up . He sure as hell doesnt want us around , Would you ?..
So whats the plan ? The only one I can think of does not bode well for us..
We shall see if all of his plaques and awards are worth a shit or just another rich guy screwin the pooch..
