The only thing NPER has going for it is that it didn't do anything blatantly fraudulent and therefore will most likely not be sued by the SEC.

NPER was never current. They have no SEC filings and no filings with OTCMarkets. Their Utah incorporation expired in 2002.

If you think that Les and his band of flunkies are going to get this current so they can come off the greys and trade again, you need to temper your expectations. They haven't done it for 12 years, what makes you think they will get the company current in 2 weeks.

As much as you probably don't want to admit it, NPER is headed to the grey market where it will die a slow death. Face reality, your investment in little NPER is worthless.

For those who like a good deal prices are good for accumulating..

It won't stay down at these low prices for long IMHO... !!!
