I don't think there is any doubt that the results will be "yes"...
The real question is - What will PHOT do with the the yes vote?
I think the pps has already decided that....
Just because a company has more "
authorized" shares - dosnt mean more OS.....
To worry about that is like worrying that just because you have a charge card - dosnt mean your going to max it out......
