Again the PR did not lie.
You can sign ad deals before making the payment. However there are deadlines for paying or the ad does not run.
The PR never said the ad was paid for.

Your correct, this board found out the ad was not paid for on the day of the deadline, your welcome, (it was about a week before the PB)
Your also correct, that he "never told anyone.......

As far as the lemmings go, well, with only one green week out of the last 15, they are obviously not doing a very efficient job.

You couldn't "sign a deal" on any ad like that especially for the SB without paying for it up front. Yet we found out the FRAUD NEVER paid for the ad,and that was actually right before or after the PB--he never told anyone that BOTH would never appear. Just left that PR out there hanging for lemmings to PUMP so he could DUMP more of those 1.1B shares.
