Those companies can be traded in 16 days on the grey market. You will need to call your broker to trade as MMs will not be allowed to quote again until the Cos file a 15c211. Unlike PVSP, most of these were not reporting cos or stopped reporting. I only know of one that has maintained a good pps since hitting the greys. It is certainly a reason why many Cos are more tight lipped in the last year.
