Hermes Jets, Inc. (“Hermes Jets”) provides on-demand business jet charter services to corporate and private clients.

The company serves as a broker agent by matching customer’s flight requirements with independent aviation aircraft operators. As of today, Hermes Jets does not own airplanes but acts as an integrated full-service aviation firm, providing a diverse range of tailored aviation services including business jet charter management, ground transportation management, concierge services as well as empty leg management.

Hermes Jets strategically focuses on countries that still show an under-developed business aviation industry but, on the other hand, a strongly increasing demand for professionally customized air travels services. One of the main markets, where Hermes Jets operates, is the CIS Market (“Commonwealth of Independent State” – the regional organization of the 12 countries which are former Soviet Republics).

Eastern Europe in general and the CIS region in particular still show huge growth potential for business and private aviation services due to long travel distances, multi-cultural business environment and, last but not least, a strong focus on resource-related industries, such as oil, gas and mining.
