Lakeshore: you need to look up the definition of a creeping takeover. It is clandestine in nature- there are no smoking guns, no Aha Moments that are apparent. Only in hindsight is everything clear.

The divestiture of RXPC is in the works- waiting on the right combination of patent approvals, William Gartner/angel investors, lawsuit settlement, E-Wellness transition for Dougie Mac, and finalizing creditor agreements. Its been a long road.
