Actually, Rambus and Hynix are not objecting to the introduction of the Hyundai licensing agreement and its royalty rate into the patent infringement trial.

In fact, there are many other licensing agreements which have been introduced as exhibits into the patent trial along with the corresponding witnesses.

I know because I read the objections/nonobjection lists.

So, yes Nick is once again wrong!
