I think I am right in saying that the 100 tons of AOT must be
in place and could already have been switched on .

As I recall, the next formal evaluation is in March; mid March I think.

Sorry not to be more detailed or authoritative - but I thought
someone should answer such a question !!

As for impactful news, any time. I guess.

But it seems hard to imagine
another client doing it in a totally different way to Trans Canada

ie just jumping into an Upstream contract and without monumental
secrecy and so on.

Trans Canada seem to be sitting on just about everybody !
