zuniger, a max 50:1 Reverse Split of CERP at .003 puts PPS at 15 cents...temporarily. The Hanover/Magna lawsuit is over a couple hundred thousand dollars or less. In the world of penny stock buying a stock with a pending R/S or total liquidation in one week makes virtually every other stock in the market more attractive than CERP right now.
