Do you really think they have "real" news to put out? If they did then why wouldn't they just announce the "news" in a pr rather than burry it in a 1000 page filing?

Real news would be something like a fresh assay report from recent drilling on a claim that they actually have rights to that has been permitted.

Unfortunately this kind of news would be impossible for these guys to legally put out.
