I thing your wrong as TCA my guy told me was not going to be a problem and would be resolved and it would be explained soon. The co-founders I can tell you don't want to dilute the company nor does Veal. I think the increase has nothing to do with TCA but the new CEO is moving the company in a direction of raising capital in the future. The key is they now have more shares but how many they put on the street is the real question. I trust that this Matt Veal guy knows what he is doing. I have heard nothing but good things about him and that he has been successful in turning companies around.
